Note: Extra Isolation carpet tiles are thicker carpet tiles.
These carpet tiles are thicker (approximately 9 mm) due to the additional insulation layer, compared to carpet tiles with a standard backing, which usually range from 5 to 7 mm in thickness. Keep this in mind when installing or combining carpet tiles. Due to the extra insulation, these tiles are not suitable for underfloor heating.
